Spoiler since B cannot go through that stair to reach the second star and I have tried several different tappings I have opted for an alternative movement, that is, using the draggable and moving it quickly upwards I have pushed B and to my surprise and relatively easily it has been able achieve the second star
Interesting idea. I had to restart several times because B kept falling into the white space on that last move.
