What a symmetry, simplicity and super effect! L was so close to Win but there was nothing to turn him to Win side. Good one!
So that effect works in 2 conditions.. Spoiler Initial placement of Metal Stair and B stepping on that particular place from Stair Thanks @Logo for bringing this up, and @cimarronline for an example.
