This should be it.If it still can't be scan, try to crop it as it works fine on my device.

Missed this level and previous versions as I could not scan it. But finally uploaded using my ipad camera to take photo of the image displayed on my PC screen. Very enjoyable and not surprised to see the comments describing several gameplays.
