With B on fallen ball and R on top a quick tap and cancel raises B high enough for R to move across to the step.

logic is easy
steps are hard.
level is very unstable
but its part of the gameplay
as the title is "Caution"
so the instability is acceptable.

@ridgerunner I'm the same as you can win without the ball above.

I do not suspect if there are shortcuts, but next time I will be more careful in making levels. Thank you all for trying my level.
