"Rockin' in the Free World" is a song from Neil Young (formerly of Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young) from his 1989 album "Freedom". Cute, though - there are two versions of the song on the album; the very first song is the acoustic version, and the very last is the electric version... easy enough to figure out which one I like. Young has a bunch of well-known hits, including "Ohio", which he wrote and which was released by CSNY in June 1970 - it's about the Kent State shootings, which happened a month earlier, on May 4, 1970... 50 years ago today. Good song, horrible events.
Very nice design again. Thank you! And this music quote is closer to my tastes. May i point to "Neil Young and the Bluenotes" from 1988? Quite electric also, but not so overdriven that they can play, say, diminished 7th chords without it getting out as white noise
Aah!! That was lovely, thank you, ! Lots of fun, lots of running around, some balls to push... Just what I needed after braving the dreaded supermarket, !
@delator77 Yeah, I'm starting to incorporate shadows into my designs... never too old to learn, I guess.
