In case you need them Spoiler: Here are some clues Use them only if you really need them, Spoiler: First clue You're right, it isn't so easy. Spoiler: Second clue You're going to need them both Spoiler: Third clue Something fits in that hole...
Would you guys be familiar with the children's song There's a hole in my bucket? Hint: stop being so cryptic! Spoiler: Hole Actually, I like cryptic, it's just that your hints don't help me fix the hole. Spoiler: My guess My guess is that I need a ball to fill the hole with. I can only find two balls in the level. And trust me, I've tried to find a way to get either one of them up in the hole. So in other words, I need a hint for the stuff that's hidden, not the obvious stuff on the surface. TIA
@sawdust I tried that. Spoiler: Clarification Clarification: Are we talking about the one on the south quadrant? Yes, did that, but doesn't accomplish anything. Even got him horizontal in there...
Spoiler: What hole [ i can go into the two block hole and trigger the mechanism that isolates the zapper bot but was unable to get r-bot down the stairs, which i thought was the intended move]
Definitely has @LooKing? 's elements everywhere, but the amount of hidden zaps is just right to me (I'm sure many of the visible ones could also be hidden -- Really appreciate that they are exposed this time ). The finishing move is great, but really sneaky since it wasn't immediately obvious due to the remoteness of the required element. The architecture clearly is in @Ricko 's style with all the bricks and stones It does make you wonder if something is hidden inside and I did spend some time tapping / swiping / peeking at the interiors, but once you see the solution you'd realize that all the things you need are already visible from the outside. Overall it's a great collaborative effort
Sorry guys. I just tried for another hour even after your confirmation that I was barking up the right tree yesterday. You'll note: Spoiler: Clarification of my clarification that I said even with B horizontal - meaning dead. I have a ton of screenshots of all the things that have gone wrong for me in this level despite what I am sure are the correct steps. I've managed to get various bots all over the map in this one... except anywhere near that win. Rather than bore you with all the details, hopefully someone else will come along and either support me or you. Here is a short list of some of the difficulties that I experienced: Spoiler: Difficulties (warning: includes many spoilers) 1. The timing of the R bot is just one block too early for B to cut him off on the first pass - spent much time just waiting; 2. Where B is suppose to intercept R at first, I've manged to get B stuck up on the stone pillar (by the wedge) by accident; 3. After getting R to cross B's head, the timing of B to go down inside the factory is unfortunately just perfect for R to jump up and off of B's head from the second last stair block (this happened at least three times for me); 4. Having tried to interrupt B's running around from the fake win to the trap door down, I've managed to have B lose his balance and fall off the building altogether - meaning I needed to restart the level; 5. B has trouble head-butting the second ball. Sometimes he clearly misses and has to go around again. Sometimes he gets stuck on the stairs. And sometimes, despite knowing full well how to time the head-****, he does it at the wrong time and I have restart the level; 6. This one is particularly painful, but when getting R to return back up to get the zapper bot, I get him glued to B. No matter what, they are inseparable and I have to restart the level (I have no idea why); 7. I've even somehow managed to get B stuck on the little ledge between the stone pillar and wedge on the corner of the building; 8. The closest I got to winning was getting R bot on top of dead B in the hole, but R didn't want to step off in the direction of the win.
I remember playing this, but guess I never rated it. It's a very good puzzle. The reason I subtract a star is that I remember that "that one bit from the spoilers" didn't work very well, requiring a number of retries.
