From a visual standpoint, the water seems arbitrary. I'll put up a video of my solution, which will show why I think this was fairly average.
I didn't need a lot of the stuck within the level - we call them red herrings. Unlike @Don G Rowe - I didn't use any tricks like his auto pilot. Spoiler Tap the slider where B starts, after B gets on slider then move slider one square towards the win, tap slider again to move B onto the section that was under the stairs. Move slider back to original position and B falls on rail. Move the slider towards the win with some force and B will land on the other horizontal lift. B goes to the win. I played the level as intended too and it was good - a little hidden but my start appears to be the way. Thanks
These 4 levels are the 1st to publish. I am still learning. Thanks for the feed back! There are auto pilot robots that allow you to climb on blocks??? Hmm will have to figure that into next creation. Intended game play involves walking across the ball you hear splash at the beginning...
@DigDug Auto pilot is a game feature of how B moves. B will always try to reach any accessible block a player taps. This behavior can be exploited to make B jump down to lower levels, climb up on blocks without needing stairs, walk over blocks he normally can't walk on, jump over empty spaces and even push heavy objects.
