I'll go full stars. The first part got annoying with the herding and trying to get in place at the lifts so B can mount R but that was the deception. It took me a long while to see where B and R can mount. The two lifts didn't help out but there is another spot. After that - it was fairly straight forward. Thanks for sharing
I won with a different trick and no balls used - get R on the lift he starts on and raise it, then B does a ToA into the hole where the two balls are supposed to fall to complete the path to the win... easy to do with those stairs there. Then lower R, and he crosses to the win. As far as the intended way to win this... I have no idea.

@D.S.Masters - It's funny - most players, me included and sounds like you too, when we don't see the intended way, we look hard at a level and that's when the shortcut(s) appears. If the intended way was clearer then you wouldn't see the unintended. The key to this level is where does B mount R and vice a versus. Spoiler It's not the lifts but the slider in the far corner from B and R's starting position.
@Meko Guy I tried that move, but it didn't work for me... I'm probably doing it wrong. As far as ToA, that's an easy move for me (unlike some other tricks... I still can't do a motor toss), and I usually spot it fairly quickly.

@D.S.Masters Wow, that's a big shortcut but it's not in tricks list so it's definitely not an intended way, you can try again with just some tricks I required. As @Meko Guy said, there're a wedge and a slider under it to help you do that, you can raise the lift nearby before doing that for sure it succeeds. If it still didn't work, maybe come from a different device, I can't fix that issues.
@Sun Eagle Yeah, I can get either B or R on that wedge with the slider, but then I can't get the other one on top.
