My understanding is that R is there to difficult the level. If you are not able to push him to the right, the level is not solvable.

@chemi no,I passed the level by B only.I made B foot on the end.so R is unnecessary.

You are right, as I told you R is there to make the level more difficult. If after the jump B goes to the draggable side, instead of R side, you won't be able to solve the level. That is the mission of R I think, try to make auto-pilot exploit more difficult or impossible if you don't go to the right side.
